You may be eligible for VAT exemption on your purchase. 

Under Group 12 of Section 8 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 guidelines, we do not charge VAT on mastectomy products supplied to UK customers who have undergone breast surgery or who have such surgery planned, provided that the items are for their own personal use. 

Please enter the promo code VATEXEMPT at checkout to benefit from your exemption. By claiming the VAT exemption, you are confirming that you are purchasing items for your own personal use.

If the code is not utilised, VAT will be charged on your order at the standard rate.

PLEASE NOTE: as we stock both pocketed and non-pocketed options, VAT exemption is only applicable to certain products. Those which are eligible for VAT exemption are clearly marked as such.

Regrettably VAT exemption is only applicable to customers living in the UK.

We want you to love your purchase! But if for any reason you are unhappy with it, we're here to help. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please feel free to remove the items from the packaging to take a look at them and try them on. However, we do ask that you take good care of the goods and return them to us in the condition in which you received them, with swing tickets attached. We also ask that, in the interest of hygiene, any briefs are tried on over your own underwear. 

To arrange a return, just get in touch here, quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original packaging. Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received your returned item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

All orders are sent from our Bra Sisters HQ in London, England. In-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days. Back order sizes/items are dispatched within 14 working days. You will be notified via email if your order includes a back order item.​​

Within the UK​

A £3.95 flat rate shipping fee for all UK orders. 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri and once shipped, typically arrive in 3-5 days.

We aim to process all orders within three business days​

International Orders​

International orders have a flat £10 shipping rate.

Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and regrettably The Bra Sisters has no control over import fees. 

Signature upon delivery is required.
